The IRB has updated the continuing review progress report form. Please download the new form from the IRB website or from the eIRB. All continuing reviews submitted beginning in November should use the new form. It has been redesigned to provide instructions on reporting enrollment numbers, among other minor edits. We have also attached the revised continuing review progress report form in this news announcement for your convenience.
