Effective March 1, 2026, Duke University Health System (DUHS) will discontinue the public posting of detailed IRB rosters. In place of the public roster, DUHS will provide the DUHS Compliance Assurance Statement, which outlines IRB registration, oversight, and adherence to federal and institutional requirements.
The DUHS Compliance Assurance Statement may be provided to study sponsors, commercial entities, or other individuals upon request. Historical IRB roster information will no longer be publicly available and will be retained internally in accordance with applicable record retention requirements.
