Getting started
Please bookmark https://irb-test.ocp.dhe.duke.edu/user. This is where you’ll log into the staging site.
- Select Shibboleth Login.
- Log in with your regular NetID and password.
- Bookmark https://medschool.duke.edu/drupal-documentation for information and instructions on building the new site.
- Visit Building the Site for specific information on how to get started.
Next steps
- Review training materials and take desired training.
- Create accounts for users who will be adding content.
- Build your site and migrate your content.
- If you hire a vendor to assist with migration, the vendor must contact DHTS before they begin work. Please include both aaron.nelson@duke.edu and rob.cooper@duke.edu on the email.
- Visit Getting Help if you have questions that are not covered by the documentation site or if you need technical support.
When migration is complete
- Submit a ticket in ServiceNow.
- Include your staging site URL, the URL for your new site, and a timeline for launch (at least 2 weeks' notice is required).
