The Duke Health Brand Center has placed the following assets in Box folders: logos, images, iconography, letterhead, PowerPoint templates, and digital assets. The Box folders are available to everyone at Duke. Please use these assets when creating your recruitment materials.
The Duke Health Brand Center, in collaboration with Pitch Story Labs, offers customized assistance with materials to promote your clinical research studies. This includes assistance with brochures, flyers, templates, rack cards, or posters to promote clinical studies and research. There is currently no cost to study teams for the design of recruitment materials that will be submitted to the DUHS IRB.

Duke IRB approved research related to Veterans may be posted at the Durham VA Medical Center. Recruitment materials must include the disclaimer (see below in bold) and must be reviewed and approved by the Durham VAMC Research Office prior to being posted on VA premises. Contact the Durham VAMC Research Office for more information, (919) 286-0411 extension 4726.
