• Log in to the e-IRB web site to submit an application, find forms and help, and read e-IRB News: http://eirb.mc.duke.edu

• Research participants at Duke who wish to send comments, discuss concerns, questions, or problems, obtain information, or offer input, may contact the IRB office online by submitting the Contact Us form.

• DUHS researchers and others who wish to send comments or questions to the DUHS IRB may do so by calling or e-mailing the Board Specialist responsible for your Department, or by submitting the Contact Us form.

• Institutional Statement Regarding 21 CFR Part 11:

FDA Regulations related to electronic records and electronic signatures are located at 21 CFR Part 11.  An Institutional statement regarding Part 11 has been developed to assist study teams in responding to inquiries from sponsors and CROs.  This statement and Duke Medicine's notification to FDA of the intent to use electronic signatures can be found here.
